		<description>Steljes was talking to leadership across distance specialist Mark Fritz (his website: http://markfritzonline.com/) the other day, and a similar thing stuck out - it&#039;s important, especially when it comes to technology, to not just have contact when things are going wrong. You need to build a relationship built on achievement and success if you&#039;re an employer - and even in relations with the customer. Technology is not a replacement for communication, it should be a facilitator. Good article!</description>
